Description

TSENU28HPCP is an IP for temperature sensing of the silicon chip die. Each voltage sensor node is connected with the central controller with a single wire digital signal for communicating the sensor data in real time. Dedicated enable signal is provided with each node to enable or disable the operation for power management. IP has parallel communication interface with command and response protocol using two 12bit digital I/O ports. Alert signals can also be configured to alert low and high threshold crossing using parallel communication port.

Sensor has trimming options to calibrate the accuracy of temperature probes.

Design is based on ultra-low power delta sigma modulator with excellent noise performance and high accuracy eliminating all inherent offset and gain errors while implementing the compensation inbuilt in the loop

Description

PVTSENU28HPCP is an IP for process voltage and temperature sensing of the silicon chip die. It has unique features like voltage and temperature probes without needing dedicated analog current and voltage signals. Each voltage sensor node is connected with the central controller with a single wire digital signal for communicating the sensor data in real time. Dedicated enable signal is provided with each node to enable or disable the operation for power management. Since each probe has digital interface to central controller, the sensing operation is intact with the on-chip noise and achieves better accuracy.

Unlike traditional PVT sensors each sensor node can have very flexible placement of the nodes and signal routing.

Description

REF2V5L10PPM28HPC is Reference that contains two parts, precision reference voltage generator and reference output voltage (REFOUT) buffer. It offers an integrated low-drift, 2.5-V voltage reference. For applications that require a different reference voltage, the reference has a reference input option for use with an external reference voltage. The reference source is selected by the INTREFEN bit. The internal voltage reference requires 0.2ms to settle to 1% and 250 ms to fully settle to 0.01% when switching from an external reference source to the internal reference.
