The VS6111GD is a 4x dual 1.0 A gate driver tailored to drive a high-side P-channel MOSFET and a low-side N-channel MOSFET in motor control applications operating with voltages up to 60V.

4-phase motors up to 10A coil current
Voltage Range 13V to 60V DC (65Vabs MAX)
Drives High−Side PMOS and Low−Side NMOS
Internal Resistors Turn Driver Off If No Inputs
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protected: 4kV
Integrated DCDC to Power on Board Devices at 5V/0.5W
To be used with Vervesemi VSCM01 Mosfet Chip
