The VS1111FE is multichannel, simultaneous sampling, 24-bit delta-sigma (ΔΣ) analog-to-digital converters based analog front end (AFE) featuring a built-in programmable gain amplifier (PGA), internal reference, and an onboard oscillator. These AFEs offer a wide dynamic range, scalable data rates, making them ideal for industrial power monitoring and protection, as well as test and measurement applications.
