VS1112FE is low-power, single channel, 24-bit, (ΔΣ) analog-to-digital converters (ADC) with an integrated low-drift internal reference voltage. The ADC has an option to use on-chip oscillator, external crystal, or an external clock as clock. The device employs 24bit ADC IP with a fourth-order, inherently stable, delta-sigma (ΔΣ) modulator that provides good noise and linearity performance designed for the needs of industrial process control, precision instrumentation, and similar applications. The ADC has wide dynamic range, with scalable data rates up to 14Ksps.
